1. Getting leads from allotted Bank and source business through customers of the bank.
2. Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationship with customers in Bank.
3. Following-up on leads of high net worth individuals.

Your responsibilities will be leading a design team, co-ordinating with other country heads to develop and ensure the adoption of best practices in design, construction, procurement, infrastructure standards, workplace standards, and approach to project management.

•Drive overall development planning and strategy on a number of projects.
•Work with the PA team on developing a project design, feasibility etc for PAC approval.
•Assist the PA team in any developer discussions / negotiations
•Drive the development process from inception to final delivery.

•Minimum of 10 years solid experience in commercial leasing, marketing, operation of shopping centre or street or F&B precinct / department stores / related retail businesses in China / HK;
•Minimum of 5 years experience as Deputy General Manager or above position in a reputable department store, hotel, retail or property company;

•Must majored in design/art education with a bachelor degree or above
•In priority, if the designer has footwear related working experience. Any other design or art related industry experiences is acceptable too.

•Responsible for handling the overall quantity surveying issues for the assigned projects in PRC
•Cost monitoring and cost control of construction projects including budget and cashflow forecast
•Degree in Quantity Surveying, with professional qualifications (MHKIS/MRICS/etc.)
